Waiting on delivery of my Surface Go and I've been browsing cases. Seems like most iPad pro cases on Amazon will work, but wondering if anybody has already found one they like. Any recommendations?

Thanks for the reply. We'll have to check those out. I wasn't sure about the dial, good idea about checking YouTube. I am thinking is getting an SB2 to replace my SP3, so maybe she might be able to use it on that if she starts to get into paints too.

My wife's phone had an update to Outlook yesterday (Version 17.8400.40956.0) and now her contacts are not syncing to the phone. The only contacts showing are Facebook. It is set to show all and her Microsoft account is showing in the list of accounts. Any suggestions?

I'm in the Chicago suburbs and had the same thing. Restarted my phone and it switched back to AT&T. Running the latest insider version (slow ring) of W10 on a 640 and my phone has been burning thru data. On WiFi almost all the time and never hit half a gig in a month. Says I've used 4gb this month.

I have Cortana working on my 1520 after the hard reset and it's working fine. Cortana is pinned to start and I do use it for appointments and such. Did you try not updating touch? I didn't have the problem when 8.1 first hit, it was later after Nokia did some updates, touch in particular.

I didn't go back to 8.1, just did a hard reset. I believe it's the Nokia updates to touch that caused the problem. I'm running OS 8.10.12382.878 and firmware 1028.3562.1407.1001. Won't update touch or glance until I know there are newer, stable updates.

Update: I did a hard reset on my 1520 and blocked automatic app updates. I then updated everything but touch and glance and so far the phone is working fine. I will keep these two updates blocked and see how it goes, but so far there is no screen jumping or erroneous button pressing happening.

Been having mine lock up a lot. Have a big problem with the screen scrolling up and down by itself, also the "more buttons" (the 3 ellipses) will activate themselves and continuously pop up and down. I have to hit the lock key to either get screen to react or to get the screen movement to...

This worked awesome. Super fast and super easy. If you have the gears of death going, hold the volume down and power buttons to get it to shut down and reboot when you first connect your device. On to GDR2 for me!

I have this same problem. Even went online to outlook.com and updated that pic and then the old bad pic comes back again. Also tried updating the Facebook pic on both Facebook and through the me tile and it lasts for a little while and turns crappy again. Looks even worse now on my 920...

If you don't have a password set up on your main section, all she has to do is hit the power button to get out of kid's corner and then she's one swipe away from your tiles.

@krisguy. I picked up my white 920 at a corp store yesterday and then less than 12 hours later dropped it and shattered the screen. Do I have to go through the insurance or can I take it into the store when they open? And either way, can I get the black matte one as a replacement so it isn't...
