    Loss of network connectivity after update to Black

    I have a Lumia 920 and have experienced the same issue. I can receive calls but cannot make calls or send SMS. Restarting the phone or reselecting the mobile carrier fixes the issue. Very frustrating. I am now running the Developer version of 8.1 and have the same issue.
