I have found this issue and had to click to put a check mark in the box under the properties of each software so far. This is prob. my issue with the softwares being so not clear and sharp. ooVoo didn't work i think as well as 360 Total Security. disable display scaling on high dpi settings

I don't like the way my softwares open up. They are bigger and the words and the art of them is off. Blurry and in less of a resolution like video quality are. The original menu is too bright and washed out, hard to see the words. I am not crazy about how the functions of the old charm bar is...
