Not that it helps a great deal, but is this your problem? - lumia 620 call answering problem - not sliding up (Workaround: - Microsoft Community If so, It occasionally happens on my 620 from time to time.

For Information: I emailed Mugen. They said their lumia 520 battery ( the 1600mah - HLI-BL5JSL ) "can" fit and work in the Lumia 620. ( Usual warranty warnings apply I guess, and I've not tried it myself ). But they also said they expect to issue a bigger 620 battery some time in September, but...

Pretty much like it, and I'm well pleased overall. Nice size, looks good, basically works well. BUT Battery life could be better, and shame it won't get the FM radio.
