I'm having this EXACT same error on my gen 1 Surface Book for both the Release Preview update through Windows Update and through the ISO on their website.

I am also in the same boat. The app is essentially useless. There are sections for All, Editorials, Reviews, etc. You guys should set default to what you tend to curate on the website while giving us a "Deals" and "All" section to go to if we want those types of articles.

I have this same setting and I've never had an issue with file explorer losing my place when the color changes.

That's why my PC has been on quiet hours for the past year. I can't stand opening my laptop and getting bombarded with notifications. If I see that I get one, the action center icon fills white and I click on it. Makes things much easier.

Edge was fully functional and worked really well in the Creator's Update. Something they did to it in the Fall Creator's update has made it extremely inferior to Chrome. It stays on top of other windows wherever it is, unless I minimize it, it can't handle most video streaming formats anymore...

I had this happen to my surface too. I downloaded the 14342 ISO and reinstalled everything and it fixed the issue. I had tried to call Microsoft and their tech support couldn't help me even through remote desktop.

How is the build? I've tried two fast ring builds so far and they both screwed my 640. First was too slow and glitchy and the 2nd wouldn't let me at all. Posted via my $30 Lumia 640

Scratch that, it bricked my messaging. I could hardly send or receive any messages whatsoever. Had to hard reset within hours.

Messaging Everywhere BETA is extremely buggy and crashes so much. It's unusable.

This preview build is more stable than the most recent release preview build on my lumia 640 and I'm not entirely sure why.....
