    Did you try going to: SYNC | Say the Word | Ford.com They have a forum there you could ask. I have Sync on my ride and no problem so far. I am aware that Ford Touch is buggy.

    The rep from a microsoft popup store said they will sell the phone outright, then your option would be wait for a 3rd party unlocker. :p The first batch were unlocked from what I read.
