I guess you would need to take it to the store to fix it. It's the safest bet to do. My 1320 still works fine even though I dropped it so many times on the floor and against the wall, you probably did something more seriously than that :cool:

Re: W10M Official 10586.420 Issues (Threshold Branch, Production Ring/Official) you need to check on background to see what app are causing the battery drain. In my exp with lumia 1320, it seems worse than 318 build.

my 3 year old 1320 on last build 338 runs so well, the battery seems to be the best ever, and normally it hangs once or twice per day on build 318, but so far so good, no more hot issue, no hangs whatsoever. Let's see how long it lasts without a hiccup.

Copy/paste on edge is the weird issue on my 1320, it's been like that sine the first build 10586. I can go somewhere like messaging, highlight the text, copy and go back edge to paste it out, nothing to select. Other than that, my phone used to hang once in a while but it's only happened once so...

why thinking too much about it, feel free to enjoy your life than these things. Don't care about the platform die or not, just care for my phone if it still works or not, that's all.

I have difficulty to click on forum links on http://forums.bigsoccer.com/ , it's not as smooth as on other sites. Anyone has the same problem, it's been like that through many builds. Ive reported to edge feedback alredy, hope they can improve it.

sure, I don't argue about that. My point here is the basic demand like a stable browser but MS cannot deliver after so many builds. Without apps, you can at least search on internet but it keeps damn freezing and unresponsive to touch. I've been a Wp user ever since 7.0 till the last builds...

all I need is a stable Edge that I can browse without any hiccups, freeze. That's all. Apps not really important. I think it's the basic demand and MS have failed to deliver.

Re: Lumia 520, 720, 920, 1020, 1320 Owners I upgraded my 1320 daily phone since the first build of win 10, the experience spans from constant crash/hang to acceptable stability. Maybe i'm patient enough to try all things, and I can say it's good enough as of now, so give it a try.

It doesn't really matter now how you feel about the platform, it's been going down to the bottom, competition is very stiff in this industry. It can only go up as of now as long as Windows on desktop can reach to at least 500 million user base, so be back then to this thread

try to remove sd card, and then try this: Press and hold the power-, volume-down- and camera buttons until the phone vibrates. Then release the power-button and keep the other two buttons pressed for another five seconds. The phone should reset to factory settings. Only turn on recovery tool...
