I've been trying to interop unlock my Lumia 550, and I've been following the XDA guide but when I get to the part where you have to use iutools to install the acersystemservice I get the error (0X80004005) every time. I'm running CMD as admin and am using the right command so I'm a bit lost.

I would hope so but we'll have to wait and see. I'm coming back to WP after a good few years out after I managed to water damage my Idol 4 running Lollipop. Snagged myself a Lumia 550 for £45, just waiting for it to arrive. You never know, if it's not available for lower powered devices...

What? Why a snapdragon 820? CShell from what I've seen is just a refinement of the existing UI to bring it more in line with the desktop. Surely an action center and some context menu's wouldn't need that much horsepower.

After doing the latest update for the developer preview, I've had absolutely pants signal. I'm only getting one bar in places I used to get three. The phone has also been a lot more unstable. Anyone notice this?

Hmm, interesting. Contrary to what a lot of people seem to be saying, I like it a lot. I wouldn't say it's better or worse than the current start screen, but it's definitely nice. I've always been interested to see how the metro interface of Windows 8/8.1 would translate down onto Windows Phone.

Everyone cries out for Windows Phone to be equal with other platforms, when it does start becoming equal everyone cries that it's the same. Logic. Honestly, there's nothing wrong with the app. It's smoother, faster and it looks good.
