Hello! As of May 2nd, 2019, my Lenovo ideapad (33OS) which uses windows 10 hasn't been letting me log into my desktop. I am able to reach the login screen and can see my name on it but anytime I try to login with my password my computer either resets itself (goes back to the Lenovo loading...
