Have you found a fix mine is the same

I thought I will try fast insider tonight L950 my phone went though the update and it is stuck on a blue windows screen any suggestions it will not respond

I use this one...

My son is a student has a school laptop he bought from school it is on W8.1 what are my options to upgrade to windows 10

Only had the L950 for a few weeks and think it is a great phone coming from L830 it is much faster camera much better photo's

these 2 I use and recommend...

Thanks for update my phone is getting serviced due back next week hopefully Microsoft sorts it out
