I found what's causing the problem (in my case). Apparently if you tap the bottom right corner of the phone slightly, it turns off. It happens if you drop it as well (I'm talking like 1-2cm, nothing that 'should' break it). I tried this a bit and it does it every time. I think it's safe to say...
