I have Lumia 720 - Product Code 059S0V1 (RM-885 GLOBAL BLACK SWAP). It seems that the latest firmware available for this product is 1030.6409.1311.0001 and OS version 8.0.10211.204. I downloaded Nokia Software Update 4.0 for Retailer and it does not recognize any newer version for this device...

While we learn that in WP8.1 users will be able to backup/restore the Start Screen, it still remains a mystery why Microsoft does backup/restore the WiFi access codes. People are visiting dozens of places daily ... and the phone maintains a huge list of WiFi hotspots for which the access codes...

It could happen even twice a day ... or 2-3 times within a week but it might not happen again for another 3 weeks. I can't really tell what could be triggering this ... and the worse is that no matter how many times it happened to me, I didn't manage to get a picture of it as it only lasts for...

It appears rarely and randomly and looks like it is an issue with model 925 only and I had the same experience with three different 925 devices. When Glance is enabled and you switch off the screen by pressing the power button, the area where the clock should normally appear, it shows instead...
