Not finding 10166 as anything but a headache. Most apps crash a lot. Mail, Music, Messaging, etc, etc.. Visual voicemail doesn't work. FYI if you uninstall VV and try to reload it is not available for the device. People hub completely sucks now. It is a phonebook, not a hub.

Re: loading loop on windows 10 mobile build 10166!!! Try unpinning websites from start. I think the bug may be tied to Edge not liking IE mobile link on start.
