Yup, in fact most (if not all) Q home screens will work on the BJ II.

Mine did that once too. This is going to sound crazy...But I was trying everything I could to get it up and running and hitting every button or rocker I could find. When I hit "up" on the d pad my sound came back.:confused: Don't know what happend or why it worked, might have just been a fluke.

Try a different Home Screen. There are several offered that will not show the Express Mail script.
