Seems to be a mono-mania in this forum about having 6" phones. I guess if you want Microsoft to finally quit mobile for good, releasing a 6" Surface Phone will do the trick.

I don't understand why some of you are clamoring for a 6.0"+ device. You realize that makes it another "phone for MS fans" and the general public won't give a frak? It has to be around 5.0".

I get the sinking feeling that Panos in his mania to "create new categories" will make it a 6.0"+ device. At a certain point Nadella needs to assert some authority and say NO to some of those wacky choices.

#2 - DOA if they go for a huge phone. It has to be in the 5" range if they want mass adoption. 6"+ is just NO. #8 - absolutely this is the single most important reason why Apple has sold 900 million iPhones. The processor is the heart of the device and it must be the BEST.

Except MS never sold 900 million flagship devices in 8 years like Apple has.

Hell Microsoft can't accept files > 2GB for OneDrive uploads. DropBox has no limitations. How is that innovative?

If you had to know to look at the red light, MS failed in design. The reason Apple's TouchID is so great is that you press down in any orientation because it works in 360 degrees. It doesn't require special knowledge of usage.

If you have to use a weird angle or take off your glasses to get it to work, it's not a well designed feature. Why can't Microsoft ever deliver magical stuff?

There is no "changing the direction of the market". iPhones and Androids serve both personal and business needs perfectly. Just because Microsoft is desperate to be relevant in mobile doesn't mean squat. I predict Windows 10 Mobile + Continuity + UWP + Surface Phone means jack in the end.
