Yes I had the same problem. I tried to synch a few times and now its ok.

Lumia 950 on build 14291. Continuum is fixed. Trackpad function is now working nicely using my dlink DSM 260 miracast adapter. Looks faster than previous builds, screens are switching a bit faster (or is it only a figment of my imagination)

Somehow I don't see the Reset Protection option on my 950....and when I check at the MS site, it says that my phone can be transferred to anyone without issues....
