Yeah I currently have an old laptop hooked up to my TV and was looking for a desktop to replace it with. All the desktops I was trying tablet mode with were hooked up to multiple monitors. Never got a warning message, what a fail.

Could you give us a full review/opinion about the T102HA? I'm in the market for a tablet to do netflix, hulu, web browsing, music playback, office and that's pretty much it. Looking for something that starts up quickly too. How fast is the internal storage? Does it get hot or lag much? Thanks

Are you talking about connecting wirelessly, or through HDMI?

I figured it out!!! Turns out, this whole time I couldn't get any PC to go into tablet mode because all the one's I was trying it on had multiple monitors! If you are using a desktop with ONE monitor, Tablet mode WILL work!!! Hope this helps someone as dumb as me in the future! hahaha

The funny thing is, I currently use an old Acer i3 laptop with Windows 10 as my "HTPC" and tablet mode works on that. It is not a touch device either. Using the start in fullscreen doesn't solve the apps opening in fullscreen issue though.

That's a complete load of BS. A LOT of people still have plasmas that they hook up to an HTPC and need a screen saver (including me). Also AMOLED and OLED screens are almost just as prone to image retention/burn in as plasma. Look up all the complaints about image retention on the new OLED...

I have a 58" plasma TV from 2010 that I'm never giving up until OLED becomes widely available and cheaper. It is hooked up to an HDMI 5.1 receiver. I tried the wireless adapter plugged into several different newer TV's, and it failed on all 4.
