I'm wondering is there a way to start again with your SMS? I would also like them backed upto my account as well As I have a stupid bug thats duplicated all my past messages etc.

A hard reset and no restore from backup does nothing FYI as that's what I did and still had duplicate. I just want my missing text messages and the removal of duplicates! God dam MS can't leave stuff that works alone!

I'm also missing SMS from March to May this year. So your saying these will also come back?

It's bloody annoying when i scroll through older messages. They really should be fixing stuff like this as it's unacceptable. Did not have the issue on WP8.1

So over the weekend my Lumia 925 fully died quite spectacularly. Was using it and it just froze, no response on device at all. Had to reboot it. Then doing so got stuck on NOKIA boot loader loop for 45 minutes before showing a Lightning and Cog Symbol. Then screen went black and no feedback...
