The reasons why I went back to 8.1 are BATTERY LIFE, MS EDGE, and slow response of action center when pulling down! Everything else worked great on my Lumia 640 LTE. I live in Budapest so Cortana is completely turned off since it doesn't support Hungarian language and battery life was still bad...
