Problem is on network setting.CHANGE settings on Mobile network+SIM . There is setting on max network speed. Set to 2G and problem will go away My network cant carry 3G all the time, and that causing problem.

I made a progress in solving problem with changing region on phone. Old settings is US because I want Cortana to work. Now region settings in on my country, Serbia. Changed also language to Serbian. Phone now work better, and need to restart once in two day. Other thing, all apps moved to phone...
