Where do you put the xap file in the phone memory so that the store recognises it? I have it in the root but the store doesn't seem to get the install local apps option

I haven't been able to find any comic reader that doesn't require comic files present on your phone or cloud storage. I want to be able to download from websites because I can't store that much data on my phone (I want to read the marvel series which is total of 9-10 gb for the complete series)...

Im using wp 8.1 preview for devs and have updated to the new version. Now, I am not able to press and hold the windows button for the speech assistant. I don't know for sure but i think i was able to do it before the update
