To the OP, I ended up doing a "reset my phone" the other day because the screen rotation and bluetooth issues got the best of me. That seemed to remedy my issues. I just have to reload apps and do some login stuff. I do not use Outlook.com; I use Yahoo and Gmail. Maybe those will work better...

My front camera seems to work fine on 15254. But, I also changed my camera quick button to use HTC Camera quite some time ago, as the Windows camera app gave me fits. Had a random reboot yesterday. Phone seems to be a little slow to hang up, but haven't seen it hang yet.

Anybody try 15245 yet? After loading 15240, I put my phone on the slow ring. I have some rotation issues, and still can't get some apps to update, but that's about it.
