What do you guys think of this?

Saw this post by a developer of Arrow Launcher. I really think Android is going to be the mainstream Window Mobile platform going forward. Arrow is fantastic btw.

FYI, there are plenty of simple gallery app available that are free such as QuckPic for Android. Not sure why you would uninstall Google Apps like Maps, Youtube, and Gmail. The basic Gmail app is fantastic and works with Microsoft accounts and Google maps is superior to just about anything out...

For those new to Android and miss the tile launcher from WP, this works real well: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lx.launcher8&hl=en

I highly recommend the Nexus 5x for those who want to try Android with no commitments. It's been fantastic for me.

FYI Android Marshmellow adds sdcard support for apps. The sdcard is formatted and merged with the phone's internal memory. I believe Samsung did not enable this feature but the pure versions of Android on the Nexus and Motorola phones allow it.

As both a Windows phone owner and an Android phone owner you are completely wrong. You shouldn't be making assumptions. Its a struggle to find anything my 735 with WP10 can do better then my Nexus 5x software wise.

    Switching OS...

Did you update the 5X to the latest March build? The last update was supposed to correct most issues with the 5x including lag and the camera. My 5x is very smooth. Something is off with your device. You can also clear the cache on the phone too and it usually helps. I think you are going to...

Thanks for posting that video- I've been saying for a while Microsoft should just build a tile launcher for Android and be done with it. Microsoft currently had a launcher for Android called Arrow which is really good too. They should just dump the idea of windows mobile and concentrate on...

    Microsoft Cheated Lumia Users

The Lumia 820 is almost 4 years old, a newer phone like a 640 that will get WM10 would be better and cost you like $60.00. I don't understand your frustration.

Re: Microsoft Cheated Lumia Users Thought the exact same thing......it's almost like MIcrosoft is in their own oblivious bubble. They need to see this. So disappointing. I like those guys and their reviews are fair regardless of the phones or phone operating system.

    W10M release dates? Answers inside...

My 735 on Verizon says they are trying to determine if it is eligible for upgrade. This is strange. You think maybe it's because I don't have a SIM card in it?

The Windows Phone App Gap Thread

Switching to a Moto X Pure has been a delight for me. This is my first Android phone after only having Windows phones for the last 3.5 years. It runs smooth with no issues at all, Android 5.1 seems like a very good mobile OS to me. There are also a few real good Window Tile launchers you can...

Issues with windows 10 preview on 735?

Installed the latest build last night and then did a complete phone reset. It is awful slow. I give up. The phone is going up on eBay.

    Next Preview Available (10.0.10536.1004)

Same issue with a Lumia 735. Crashed and now have a bootloop. I'm now using the recovery tool. It may just go back in its box and wait until WP 10 is official. A Moto X Pure is looking real good right now.

Microsoft at Apple's live event 9/9/15

That's exactly why it's bothering me, it's not like Microsoft had to be there- everyone already knows Office is on an iPad. Why did they feel they had to come to a presentation that was clearly aimed at competing directly with the Surface Pro? Just strange. What's next Nvidia going to start...
