Okay I found the best one. :) It's called "Dynamic Theme", it's a UWP app with lots of features. It looks nice and uniform with W10 and it works very well, haven't encountered any bugs or problems. This is exactly what I was looking for!

I'm looking for an app that cycles between different lockscreen backgrounds every hour or so. I've had AwesomeLock since WP8 but its super buggy and basically doesn't work anymore. Are there any alternatives? Any UWP...? :(
