I think it's the best option you can have right now if you are in a rush, but anyway you should save a bit of more money and buy a L930 or L830, they are updated with the top techs of the Windows Phone System right now -or at least, part of it in the case of 830- and this will grant you access...

You can use the "Pocket Magnifier" app from the WP Store, it's from microsoft. It's a very nice app and has the flashlight option.
