What's your favorite VR Games or type of games?

So in the good news/bad news category: I just found out that Cyan Worlds launched a 25th anniversary Myst Kickstarter, which includes reworked copies of all 7 Myst games! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1252280491/myst-25th-anniversary-collection The bad news? No VR versions. What a...

Very cool...but it's a successor to Myst, not a remake of the original.

    Must-Try VR Games

Horror is interesting- everyone is affected by different things. I can watch a ton of gore, but got squeamish watching the scene in "Raw" where she tries human flesh for the first time. (sorry for any spoilers but it is a movie about cannibalism after all...)

I'm surprised they haven't remade Myst as a VR game...

I'm very intrigued by the Settlers of Catan VR, too...I love the idea of being able to virtually hang out with my board game friends who are in different locations to play a board game.

It's interesting how games are able to "trick" our bodies. Sea of Thieves, which is not a VR game(but would probably make a great one) has been making a number of users seasick.

The Ready Player One SPOILER-FILLED discussion thread

I would think at least a few of the people here would have seen it on opening weekend... I'll kick things off: We can only hope that virtual reality looks as amazing by 2045(the year the movie is set in) as Spielberg puts up onto the screen. If you can see it in IMAX 3D, I highly recommend...

Really? We're in a VR forum and no one else has seen a movie about a virtual reality world?

That one looks really interesting. Here's hoping I win that Oculus so I can try it, as it looks like it's exclusive to that platform.

    Must-Try VR Games

Are there currently any "killer app"- type VR games out there, that must be experienced(even if it's not your usual type of game)? For example, I've heard that the VR version of Fallout 4 is amazing.
