The MSN Health & Fitness app is separate from the Microsoft Health app that the Band uses. My guess is that they are eliminating the MSN app to consolidate the features into the Microsoft Health app. This will also help with any confusion between the two.

Yeah, I was having a hard time with the price too. Actually glad I had to order it online, enabled me to use some Bing rewards points to get a $10 off coupon for the online Microsoft store (free shipping is a bonus too). I only wish it had the soft-touch rubberized backing like I had on my HTC 8XT.

Your best bet is probably the online Microsoft store. Unfortunately, they only have the backs with the flip cover, but it does come in orange, cyan, and black. Not sure if they're all matte (black is), but the photo suggests they are.

I don't have this app so I can't try it, but is it cut off at the bezel or is the navigation bar covering it up? If it's the navigation bar, you should be able to swipe up from the bottom of the screen to hide it. This should enable you to hit the button.

Thought I'd point out that under the SIM settings you can set a calling preference for cellular when connected to Wi-Fi.

I can also confirm that both Wi-Fi calling and a post-paid TMO SIM work fine with the 640. My Wi-FI calling was automatically enabled when I popped my SIM in, but if you need to get to it, it is under "Cellular+SIM" under the SIM settings. You can also set your calling preference there...
