I LOVE Windows Mobile, but I wouldn't buy one now unless it's one that will be supported for a long time, like the Lumia 950 or the HP Elite x3. They are both a bit pricey, but they work well and have support for newer updates. However, if you want a consumer-grade phone, it's a waste of time...
