Hello.I want to ask about language packs.Where i can get Latvian language pack for windows phone 8.1 dp?I know,that Latvian language is available for Lumia series,but not for my HTC 8S.In default,i am available to choose English and Chinese language.

I'm am trying to find a device for me,but it is unsuccesful.I have only 3 devices,i would like to-Lumia 925,730 and 630.My budget is quite small,that is the reason why i have few choices.

Is there any alternatives from Windows Phone?I would like to buy a 925,but also i am looking for good alternative.

OS version:8.10.14176.243.I think it could be Update 1.
