I went to the Insider app. There is no tab or link to "Production ring". Only "Get preview builds" If I click there, I get FAST SLOW or "Insider Release Preview". No "Productions ring" How do I leave the Insider program, without losing Windows 10 on my 820?

My Lumia 820 (1GB) is running on Insider 10586.494. I haven't seen any further updates available for some time. Is this the last release available for the 820? Also, will I be able to keep Win 10 running via Insider in the long term? ie, will it die and force me to go back to 8.1??

Exactly how do I leave the Insider program? Then, how to I upgrade to .545. Can I not go to .545 from within the Insider program? Sorry, not an expert

I have a Nokia 820 with 1GB Ram which came with win 8.1. I joined the Windows Insider program and upgraded to Windows 10, now running build 10.0.10586.494 very well, - no problems, runs very smoothly. I need to know whether I can keep win10 permanently , or whether MS will disable it sometime...

I have an 820 running 242 insider and it runs very well with no problems. It has 1GB ram. How much ram does your 830 have?

Is there a way to force a restart, or is a soft reset the same thing? I tried a soft reset, but I am still not seeing any street details, either with wifi and location on OR off

I have an offline map loaded, but the Maps app does not display any details when I enter any address, even if I have wifi and location selected.. Please help me with this app. Surely it should display even when wifi and location is off?!

I am running 10586.218 without any problems on my 820 (1GB ram). If MS does "close the door), do you think I can just carry on using it? I notice my apps update OK and I can also download new ones.

Thank you. I went ahead anyway and reformatted the SD card, and now I have been able to move apps etc to the card with no problems!

I have upgraded to build 218 with no problem. My experience with my 820 (1Gb) is great. Have not had any problems and it seems just as fast as 8.1 to me. They really should have another look at this for the 820.

I download win10 build 10586.218 via Insider and it runs perfectly on my 820. (I have 1 Gb ram). It doesn't seem any slower than 8.1, so I cannot understand why MS can't make it available for us.

I now have English speech as default, with Region UK, English UK and speech UK, but Cortana does not allow verbal communication. It only works fully if I set everything to US.

I have set up my email account including pop3 and smtp details. but when I try to sync I get the error 8007274c. Any ideas?? I had no problem with this before I updated to win 10 from 8.1
