I actually wish the button was more sensitive and had pressure sensitivity. Is it launching because it gets bumped or because you're used to having that be the power button? I know I accidentally launch the camera a decent amount but its only because I'm so used to hitting that button to wake...

Even after it supposedly was fixed at 11pm the other day I still couldn't get it to work in edge or IE. Use chrome- it should work in that.

Actually, I take it back. I was slightly inebriated when I was messing with the video settings last night. There is 4k at 30fps.

I don't remember ever not being able to upload video but good call on testing the video recording at home. I'll give it a go in a bit and let you know how it goes. Also, I noticed it doesn't record in 4k. (Update: It does do 4k at 30fps)

Well it works in Chrome on my Surface. Wouldn't work in edge or IE.

If you go into the settings of the latest camera update there's an option for digital stabilization. I turned that on and it seems to have made a difference. I need to test it more but my issue right now is video. I take a lot of concert videos and I'm realizing I've been spoiled by the array...

I contacted Alcatel support. They didn't realize the link was dead and said they'll fix it today and it should work tomorrow.

The page exists but when you enter the info nothing happens. You can click submit a little box with an x shows up like a picture can't load. I've tried it on my Surface and idol. Anyone else tried?
