    Moved from 830 to iPhone SE

    Been using a SE i bought of ebay for $112 a couple months back. Incredible device at that price point. Voice to text does about 90% of my typing and it does it very well. Apple watch series one, ipad air, all good here. Along with windows 10 pc :)

    This is a legit game changer. For the average person 1080p gaming is good enough, at least until the mining fiasco is over.

    I've tweaked a few family members laptops lately. Upgrading to an ssd and 8gigs of ram makes the majority of them pretty solid with a windows 10 clean install. Can't believe how many laptops still have old style hard drives. YUCK

    5g has less range but also has many more channels so less interference. 2.4 sucks in apartments. I'm bridged to a router across the street from me at my daughters and I get about 60 download on 5g.

    I just picked up a Tenda AC18 from Microcenter for $69. The reviews were very good and i have to agree. Only 1 usb port though.

    Once again, old thread, but using the T-Mobile personal hot spot router , I get 35 mb download cosisitantly. While it ain't ac speeds, it ain't bad.

    Hotspot

    Old thread, but I started using my Fierce xl for a while. T-Mobile 10 gig hotspot feature works great. I-pad speed test tethered is 25 down 10 up. Stays locked in no problem through my entire lunch break about 40 feet from where my phone lies.
