Here's my update after a full day's worth of use on my replacement device from the store. Needle barely moves when on standby. Completely 100% satisfied with the device. Take my advice. Go get a new phone. Why waste your time trying to break in the battery?

Had the same exact problem with battery not lasting more than 6-8 hrs with only moderate use. I ordered my 950 online and got it this past Wed. Went to the store to grab a new one and it's a whole new experience! Chances are all of you have a defective device. You're all within the 14 day...
