I've had the same problem. Multiple people telling me that they can't hear me very well. I tried to test by calling a friend and swapping phones and I could hear fine, but it seems to be a temperamental (though quite frequent) issue.

Does anyone know if following this process to resolve leaves any evidence of the phone having been flashed at home? I won't be in a position to send this away for warranty repair for a couple of weeks so i'd rather do it myself but I'm worried that even if I do this successfully, i may be...

Just went on to the EE website to check out the payg offer as i have a feeling they wont be willing to sell me a lumia 920 on payg in the shops (already experienced phones4u refusing to sell me anything other than contract). Anyway, the lumia 920 doesnt even feature on the ee online store...

Ok, so I tried installing the Zune software on my work laptop (Windows 7), copying across a few albums and syncing that to my HTC HD7S and it still doesn't work! This is bugging the **** out of me.
