Seems fixed now, all my apps are again visible in my library in MS store. Must be something Microsoft fixed on their servers, as others have had this problem also.

Anyone else have this problem lately? When I check my library in MS store it doesn't show any apps at all. It used to list all my apps before. Same problem on all my devices on the same account.

Have you tried rotating your phone to landscape first so you can see the end of the URL if it is a long one, that worked for me on my lumia 950XL. Don't know if it works with a really long URL.
