I've had this happen to me too. But usually when it happens the camera will crash and the physical shutter will not close back, requiring me to restart my phone. Found out it only happened in Lumia camera with the frequency of the crashing increasing when I saved the RAW file as well as the 5MP...

Try pressing and holding both the volume down button and the power key for 10 seconds. This should get your phone to reboot and respond properly again. :D

As a leftie I fully approve of this idea! Everything in WM10 is pushed to the right instead of it being in the center. :(

Im having the exact same issue on my 1020. Soft reset helps. For about a day before the problem creeps back. And I don't want to hard reset my phone cause the last backup was 4 months ago and I haven't been able to backup since then.
