Your WP twitter app is probably still logged in using the old credentials (don't know how long it stays logged in / pings the server for auth). Log out using the app and sign in again and it'll ask you for the new password.

Snapchat (official) not being available on WP and the 3rd party client Swapchat (which is designed and works really well) is, and since being pulled from the store, is only available via XAP sideloading.

You should sign up for a free developer account that allows you to sideload xap and get the Swapchat client if you need it urgently.

I use Baconography as it works best for me and is similar to how I use Reddit on my Android. Readit seems nice as well but is in beta.

You may have it turned off, but in their phone it may still have you associated with iMessage. You need to have them delete your iMessage from your handle and to only use your # when texting you.
