Hi Thanks for getting back to me, the settings on my computer are for the UK, but where do I check the settings on my live ID to see what country it is set for, I can't find anything about location.

Hi I have never been able to sign into Zune. Whenever, I try I get the following message "The location setting for you windows live ID doesn't match the setting on computer (United Kingdom)." Has anyone else received this message and if so how do you resolve it and nothing I do seem to allow...

I will try that, but if I put the sim card in a different phone, the 3g connection works fine, so I'm not sure it's the sim card

I'm with Vodafone and can make and recieve calls and send text message without a problem. I took the phone back this morning and they confirmed it was a fault with the phone and replaced it with a new one. However, the new one is doing the same thing......
