SD card is no longer mandatory, you can download it on the devices without SD card

I've a powerbank (13000mah) which has two usb slots one has 1A output and other has 2.1 A output, whenever I charge my phone using 2.1A slot I get slow charge warning but there's no such warning when charging using 1A usb slot. Why's so happening? Is it a bug or something like that?

You can get it via windows insider trick. Its not a software update that will have bugs like technical preview, so you can update without any worries
