I get LTE on both ATT and TMobile on my 640XL DS LTE from HK. It only shows 4G but does get LTE speeds. Manufacturer Name RM-1096_1001. Mobile Operator: 000-HK

I got my 640xl Dual Sim LTE one yesterday. Coming from Xperia Z3 Dual sim and before that the OnePlusOne. So far so good, I like WP OS . The phone is ok, it does have a mid level display and the plastic back looks and feels cheap but when it's on the phone, the phone does not feel bad...

I the 640 XL LTE Dual sim available yet. I really would like to buy but I feel I will have to import to the US. Last I checked, Expansys was not even listing it.
