Found it, somehow on this phone, when installing Microsoft Authenticator, it shows up in the Apps as Verificator, not as Authenticator. So when looking for Authenticator, I apparently installed another App called Authenticator as well (from slugonamission). The interface looks exactly the same...

Ah, if that is a soft reset, I already tried that. Did not know it was called that way. I don't think the company stopped it. Again, it worked for a short moment after changing the password. I wil try that one more time.

No failure code. The Apps are all standard apps, like Here etc. So we don't want to delete these either. I check storage space, I doubt that is the problem as it is her work phone, she hardly uses for anything else but work. Whet exactly does a soft reset do?
