Lumia 950XL. Anyone else having problems with the OS almost constantly crashing when you go to turn on the screen with the power button? I've had this problem for several builds now. The screen just flashes a greenish/yellow and goes black. Sometimes it restarts and sometimes it gets stuck...

Check to see if there are any plugins installed or if you default startpage is set to something other than usual. Also check your hosts-file to see if there are strange additions to it.

64 bit is most of the time slower than 32 bit due to a bigger overhead size. But 64 is more modern and gives developers access to a few newer instruction sets that have been developed since 64 bit became mainstream. The marketing around Ios and Android being 64 bit is highly exaggerated though.

I had problems with it aswell with it just closing out, but today I got an update for Skype Preview and now the Messaging app doesn't close out any longer. Skype Preview seems to have lost the ability to send sms'es for me though. Edit: Make sure you have the correct app selected as default...

Considering how much better and more secure Windows 10 is, I think the answer is clear. I also work with fixing phones and despite the fact about 50% of the phones sold in Sweden is an Android phone... 9 out of 10 that we get in for reset/"bugfixing" is an Android-phone all the way from Kitkat...

Just a correction... Nobody said they would focus on Mobile for this release. There were rumours saying they would focus on mobile for RS2. Good luck with Android.

I'm just curious what you do for a living that enables you to just go around buying all these machines. :P But anyways, the 950 family has a much worse reputation than they deserve. The design might be a little uninspired, but they work and perform really well. The 950XL is still the fastest...
