I'm sure you're aware by now, the heat does go away after all the installs and updates.

I don't have an android phone anymore, let alone an s7 edge, why do you still lurk in a Windows forum for a phone you no longer use. I've had plenty of devices over the years, once I'm done with them, I move on the the forums for the device that I currently have. Nothing more for you to see here...

It usually takes a over a day for everything to download and update. I have over 200 apps on my phone, I update to the latest release, see how that runs, then I do a factory reset, usually at night so that it can download most the stuff. Sometimes it takes a few days just to get all the text's...

Ok, this latest build did restore all of my IM's. FYI: you need to be in the messenger app and select the 3 dots at the bottom right to edit the settings for the messenger app. You can no longer get to it from settings...

I've updated my 950 to the latest Fast Insider Build and I am not getting new or old test messages. I make it a practice that after I do an update, to reset my phone, usually this works to restore my text messages. Now I'm not getting ant text messages. Anyone have this problem and have found a fix?

I've reset my phone many times. It takes sometime several days before all of your text messages are restored. They eventually do show up...
