I have had the same issue after installing a very early build of Win 10 and still having it on current Redstone build... I think it is a capacitive keys short... I've downgraded and then updated to Windows Phone 8.1/Lumia Cyan... I have a Lumia 1520 running on StraightTalk... Mobile data is not working nor MMS... The ability to change your APN's has been taken away by Lumia Cyan and replaced with an Access Point app in the settings that doesn't work...
