Oh dear. No surprise really. I can see the Duo 2 going the same way. I'm disappointed because I wanted to see them succeed. On the other hand, it's one in the eye for the lairy and charmless Rodneyej, so not all is lost :D Whatever happened to him?

Indeed. And that's why this is a pointless comparison between the two. Perhaps if you'd switched the flash off on both phones we would have a better chance of making a judgement.

I view it as a sign that a mobile platform, that most of us recognized as being dead at least two years ago, has now finally croaked.

Erm yes that's fine up to a point but rather than having some alienated mobile customers they no longer have any customers at all and they ain't coming back. Think I know which is worse.

Not for me thanks. At this price I could knock up a much more effective desktop, possibly with a new Ryzen and still have money for a cheap tablet for all my tabletty needs.
