It was! I logged in and saw a tracking number! I was excited until I noticed the other two items, the important ones, did not have one. Booo. At least the charger will work with the Nexus 4.

I ordered off contract on the 9th at 7 PM PST. It was a new line so they had to verify my order and did that until the 13th, so that's my order date. No cancellations, but it is still pending shipment.

The wording on the contract is odd: For avoiding the ETF, it says the clock starts running after activation, but for getting a refund of the activation fee, the clock seems starts running when you accept the agreement.

Doesn't your 14 trial start at activation? It should!

I called the order support number and asked to have my shipment changed to priority one. CSR would not do it, and supervisor would not either. They said they could not change the shipping method unless they cancelled the order. I was very close to canceling it altogether, but decided to wait.
