I don't see why not. It looks to me that we'll see quite a few new WP8.1 phones at MWC - although with the usual Nokia "flair" we'll have to wait a couple of months before they are actually on shelves anywhere (and 6 before they are on shelves anywhere important).

Well I just measured it up and noticed the 1520 is exactly the same height and width as a napkin from itsu which I happen to have on my desk.

It's the developer preview, it's the same as the full release of GDR3. As for Nokia Black, for that it seems we will need to wait a bit longer but most features are already here with GDR3 and the updates coming from Nokia today.

Some of them are available now, I just got Nokia Camera on my 920 (sophielensHD I noticed as well but didn't install and I guess others if I searched). Glance is out of beta as well with notifications. Also the apps optimised for larger screens (email, not sure what else) are in a way "new apps"...
