I just ordered that battery on ebay should be here Friday, and it doesn't seem that hard to dismantle the Icon. I like my Icon has every thing I needs, and I don't want learn a new phone and its problems. although I was looking at the Samsung ativ se, for a back up. for $74 not bad. I use Verizon

go to system, battery saver, battery use, change background app settings, turn off groove music. and while your there turn off anything else that's not needed.

yes install it. I installed it on my Icon, and it's like I got a different phone, Cortana works, dictation works great, new phone pad. and so forth. :smile:
