They have had mine two weeks almost, but emailed me this morning with shipment confirmation. They actually replaced the the phone, so the update really screwed something up.

I believe the phone is on because Windows (PC) detects it when plugged in (NSR does not though) , but the screen is off and buttons do not produce any activity. Can't get into those settings, thanks though.
