    I have no idea what the hell it is doing but that application has been draining my Verizon model over the last week. I just turned off running in the background for it, might I suggest anyone else still holding on go check on their battery usage.

    I called 611 and had them turn VOLTE on, I have LTE while calling now so that's cool. It sucks that it doesn't automagically enable it but I remember a hiccup when I made the initial jump to LTE where they had to go in and adjust my hotspot provisioning.

    I have the hp rugged case on it. I reproduced it by just smacking my phone screen into my palm once, with about the force of hands (excitedly) clapping. It's not software unless the kernel is taking offense to the accelerometer moving like that, in which case it would reboot and not power off...

I don't use sms enough to know if this always affected me or what, I seem to think sms was working in general when I first got it.
